Who is Lily?

Lily is a psychic medium with qualifications in Reiki.  As a psychic medium Lily has an amazing ability to see within you, what could be the most beneficial and focus on this area to maximise your health and well-being.

Of course if you have a specific area you would like for Lily to work on, no problem.

Lily is a gentle spiritual individual who offers her gifts at an affordable price for the level of service provided.

Lily is a qualified third-degree or master-level reiki practitioner.

What is Reiki?

The word “Reiki” is a combination of two Japanese words: “rei,” which means “God’s wisdom,” or “the higher power,” and “ki,” which means “life force energy.”

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Each hand position focuses on a different part of the body — including the head, shoulders, stomach, and feet — and is held for roughly 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the person’s needs.

The practitioner will never touch you as all the energy is transmitted.

What can Reiki Do for me?

How many sessions should I have?

It will depend on what you’re looking to achieve. Many people will see the benefit of just having one session every so often to maintain premium energetic health.

If you have any level of health issue then we recommend – Four sessions  – which is a traditional recommendation and give you time to evaluate what benefits you are receiving.
